Affiniti, an unlisted AI CX service provider based in the US, had a valuation for it's last equity raising in 2018 of US$1.6billion.
That was before AI boomed and prior to the latest developments in chip technology which have empowered AI. Affiniti's valuation will have increased substantially since 2018.
