Actually I think in part you are correct...the issue is that this is a hold and build stock as I see it now. I expect that in several years they will have made some serious headway but the uptake is going to be organic growth slow at first and increasing steadily until the volume of users all of a sudden has created value and favored familiarity in the marketplace...aka Philippines. So yes and no...they are set to grow very well IMHO but not explosively.
