I thought the people without bank accounts will use the app directly (not via an agent) as they most likely have a smartphone which can use the app.
As for the people with bank accounts (like the ones from Union bank), why do you say they don't they use the app?
Also, if it hasn't begun, where is this existing revenue coming from?
