Yeah, I am not a holder and very critical of PIL management but will give CPS real credit here. I did not see the raise term sheet from them (i am a customer) or any other broker. To raise cash at 1.5c with no options attached (other than to tehbroker) is exceptional and holder should be very happy about that. I predicted as low as 1.2c!
