This 'strategic' investor would be crazy to want to complete this transaction given market price. Even with the news out there of this alleged $1m placement the stock is almost half the placement price This much vaunted placement has suddenly morphed into a 'multi tranche' deal. Deals like this in these circumstances typically morph again ....
