Hopefully this is an update from their meeting and hopefully ironed out what was holding them back.
December launch, with VISA issuing waiting to be finalised at anytime, the entry point .010 to .015 is great really, because the potential for other COOPs in the Phillipines to want to adapt and use a similar concept of this, will be interesting to watch.
lets see how this pans out.
