Do you think the customers listed in the update announcement that are transactional with paydentity will go commercial when the legislation kicks in on the 26/06?

My understanding is that, customers that have been integrated and are transactional doesn't neccessarily equate to commercially live, but could be if they chose too? Is that correct?
