You are 100% correct. I think their studies are based on 105k tonnes for 28kt of PSG
At least they lodged the the PERP for 1.65 mill tonnes for 150k tonnes concentrate which can increase their output p.a before worrying about stage 2.
I said earlier there will be some selling today as it is the nature of the beast when great news gives a liquidity event for those that want out as traders, also for those that were in the last Cap raise.
Either way it gives everyone a chance to buy lower than expected if they can see value now. So many did not see value of PLS at 40 cents during their liquidity event announcements.
