xmas holidays is around the corner, gov depts start winding down in about 2 weeks time until mid Jan, but really no one starts working in full swing until Feb.

Offtake agreements can't be anywhere near coming or there would be news around it. That being said I think it will happen, just not in the timeframe that everyone is thinking.

an updated DFS may not bring any further value, given whatever the last exploration and construction costs were, will surely be double now also.

Yesterday was definitely the time to sell for the short term holder, with now not being optimal buying time for the long term holder either. Expect volume to gradually fall away again until catalyst announcements fall.
