Thanks @Swiftbite! The key words that jumped out at me are "...subsequent to a request from the Tenement Holder".
My reading of that with the recent resource upgrade announcement's Ongoing Work section is that the shotclock is running down with the ball in the DEM's hands. Going to be a classic all-net three pointer on the buzzer IMO.
