    Correct, typical red tape, the 155 is for the drilling so I suppose some idiot has a monthly check up on the progress of the drilling and has to update continually. November not too far away but these continuous delays are just pushing the boundaries, so much hinging on it to get things rolling, not going to get to my 50c by Xmas now, might have to wait until January, lol.
