My belief is that PEPR, when it does occur will be the first announcement in a flow of company making news...I have been wrong many times (I am mostly wrong) but this is what my gut is telling me based on the fundamentals and the key stakeholders involved with RNU.

yes you may buy a good whack at circa .17c when PEPR drops...or there could be a trading halt, followed by;

• PEPR
• Updated BAM
• FID
• Binding off takes
• Construction contracts signed
• Whatever else I haven't thought of

In short time.

and you could be paying circa .50c-$1.00 depending on macro issues at the time, followed by a dip back to mid .35c-45c orphan period etc.

Remember no more significant dilution to come with the fed's access to $185M, we have circa $65M in the bank from the raise @ .27c

I'd say we might give away circa $40-$60M worth of stock to a cornerstone investor like a POSCO as no doubt inflation may see the mine build closer to $260M rather than the original $220M.

We will need to have some operating cash flow through to production/plant fine tuning/name plate capacity etc.

maybe it's possible to commence a direct ore offtake straight up similar to what PLS did early on and what CXO are doing now to generate pre production cash flow, although I do not know if that's possible with Graphite.
