Not a bad theory, but personally I doubt that the present board needs a push in that sort of manner and I doubt there was ever going to be any sweeping under the carpet. These are seasoned professionals who will do their best to ensure future success for the company, not a bunch of lard arses looking for a cushy lifestyle income, not in my opinion.
