I believe insto’s are selling down so they can buy more at 8 cents.. watch it reload if 8 cents is taken out.. I would also not be surprised if they pushed it into the 7’s to get more. Big boys are in control. When the time is right they will pump it and sell off. Seen it all before with this stock. Don’t worry come December we will all be laughing it off.. imho
