I am a dad investor and cant see that post from Deano frightening me in any way as he was merely pointing out that shareholders should make themselves knoweldgeable on any matters to be voted on at the AGM ..
ppl will have their own personal opinions on matters of remuneration to company directors and it rarely causes ppl to make a decision to sell shares (no matter how unjustified a salary, bonus or share issue may or may not be) as everyone knows that remuneration proposals are almost always voted in... even strikes at AGMs for the largest companies dont actually change the outcome of the proposal as smaller investors never have enough combined voting power.
