I said they should have done this ages ago, it made sense once they found that surface gold to try lock up the whole trend, I thought there was potential to swap our Dead man's flat iron prospect for these tenements instead of a cash consideration, maybe fmg didn't want dead man's flat, or maybe George wanted to keep it, either way, this seems like a decent deal for a good bit of land.
