1. Bonuses to be paid after the company announces "they did a lot of hard work" read page 19 Annual Report which presents the bonuses paid in 2018 of $79500 and 2019 of $115000 so going off previous years of both FO's one could substantiate that another bonus would be paid imo with this FO as company again stated they worked so hard!! Fact imo!!!

2. I never drilled in wrong location the company has stated this multiple times from 2016 to 2020 please read the drilling reports or do I have to post them all on here, been commented on here daily for years. Company has stated numerous times from 2 HRZ failures, Winx and recently Charlie. Company even said it was PO fault for location. All fact imo!!. Plus all these actions, coupled with some mistakes sent SP south from 2.2c to 0.005c almost every holder was then on massive losses if held. Fact imo!!

3. CR to come! Well it's fact that company has to raise significant funds as have only $4Mil in bank. Company burns $3 Mil a year for Admin and employee benefits - 2018 $3.3 Mil, 2019 $3.1 Mil, so Fact!! Again read financials as a deep well costs over $20 Mil. 2 Shallows drilled planned for Feb 2021 will cost above $20Mil. So 100% fact and they have to raise funds and when they announce this SP will fall to CR price. Again happy to post all reports to substantiate. Every report before all drilling since 2015 every year a CR comes Fact and SP falls!! Fact!!

4. Will a tier 1/2 be bothered? Fair ? to be asked on here as none of us know as company will not release who they are atm, but is a reasonable and fair comment as Covid has had major impact from these companies Fact!! So it's safe to assume a lesser company would likely come in imo.

I am not here to shame or bad mouth a company but I have maintained a balanced view that this company has poorly performed, massive dilution of nearly 10 Billion shares and cost the majority of LTH's 70-90% losses of total investment again Fact !! I am allowed to express my views and hold the company accountable under the HC guidelines and none of my posts today imo should be moderated.

So my posts should stand and not be moderated, it's obvious to me what's going on here. Unbelievable and disappointed. All IMO and DYOR!

There seems to some misunderstanding here. Forgive me for having my 10 cents worth, but past behaviours and past announcements do not turn future events into facts. When and if these things are announced in the future and become set into stone they will then and only then become facts. I hope that this is clear, otherwise I am more than happy to agree to disagree on this particular issue. Good fortune.
