May be it is not accurate, but the reason I referred it to as one man army is because we mostly talk about Vlad failing or succeeding and he is the one at the helm. Also given the fact that he has a substantial holding means he could have a greater influence on the outcome of a decision. If the executive team has the gumption and freedom to override Vlad then I am more happy. Even if they don't I really don't care.

Doesn't matter who gets us across the line. The key is we need to keep the current good work going and be able to take it to the next level.
