IMO, DDH made a horrible deal with Perenti, which was more evident with Perenti's latest results, reporting that DDH business grew and contributed to Perenti earnings. Plus DDH's better debt situation helped Perenti's balance sheet. So the incoming chair's record on the DDH board is tainted at best.
