There are very strong penalties for non-delivery of services in the mining industry (like major construction in general these days). PRN maybe taking these cost imposts on board which can severely hit margins - but they will not be alone. Probably a good time to buy more but may have to wait awhile for positive news on the labour skills situation - even supplies of reo steel are short at present causing principals to levy penalties.
