Looks like the big seller finished offloading. Volumes today are soft on a day when there are likely to be more buyers. Might take a day or two for people to have confidence the seller is truly gone before this one starts to move again with decent momentum.
PRN is at a big discount to peers in the same space like MAH , NWH and MND.
only other share in similar discount is EHL which is in equipment rental only which will fall first in a downturn
