you are right on the manipulation. All the trades are small unusual amounts that signal bot trading.
to put todays activity into perspective. A 5% drop is roughly $40m of market cap gone. The contract was awarded in 2020 for 5years so only 12-18months left to go anyway. Max $60M in revenue so maybe $8 mil net profit forgone less any break of contract penalties.
PRN on revising guidance will report circa a 20% return after tax . It seems investors prefer unprofitable companies above profitable ones based on what is happening on the wider market.
debt will be down too. Maybe people don't like that either
