That day 48,045,233 Gresham-owned shares from the Barminco acqisition were block-traded at $1.88 each.

Nebraska Pty Ltd links to Ron Sayers who founded and was CEO of Ausdrill.
….and the two are reportedly life long best friends

Maybe they got together and pulled the pin on some of their shares before EOFY?
Letting go can sometimes be a slow (but inevitable) process?
