Further to my comment above - I have revisited the 30 June 2023 financial statements and from my reading we can conclude that the $33M order has been fulfilled (i.e delivered to the US). The cash will not necessarily be received yet. DRO reflects revenue once the order has been fulfilled.
Therefore whilst recorded revenues were at $11M in 30 June 2023, it should reflect $40M+ revenue in this quarterly (maybe even $50M). This number will however not show up in the cash flow report assuming that payment hasn't yet been received.
IMO this is great news, removes a lot of risk given DRO can demonstrate they can fulfill a larger order and in a timely manner.
