You are not out of line. This is a good call.
Funny how shareholders are getting excited about just have given away 4% of their future profits in a single hit for doing a job that people are already well paid to do. And there is still another 2% sitting on the table, and no doubt even more will be issued with annual results. Most of those new shares will also be dumped on the market weighing on the share price.
Company options are the friend of management and the bane of shareholders.
