The comment re: friends and other insiders - noted especially i assume Angus would have voted in favour as would Epirus however, the point stands that there was sufficient holders who dont care/cant be bothered (abstain) for me to retain my assertion that shareholders voted in favour of this. Probably agree to disagree on this point.
Re: CEO Pay - Agreed, though note Olegs salary is around $310k p.a. which isn't excessive. DRO would have always been far far better off not listing, and relying on private capital but thats not what happened. Edit: that $310k is just salary - with share payments 2022 was $500k and 2021 was $1m. Agree these are excessive ESPECIALLY with ZEPOs ontop.
Fair point re: IPO being effective a bit of pump-and-dump. Reason they IPO'd might have been a lack of interest from private capital. They were certainly way to early to market when they did initially list.
I've sought clarity on the 9.5m exercised and will revert here when i get it. Understood re: other points. For the record i'll be voting against further ZEPOs at least within the next 12-24 months. If they want a pay-day, earn it by increasing the SP off their existing holdings...
