This is how i'd read it too.
FYI - this is $10m in revenue so we should be expecting a very strong qtrly update. We're at $5.9m (excl ME payment) so far this year in new revenues although noting some is split over 2 years so this might reduce potential future orders over the next 24 months for the same customer.
Could be enough to get some real interest from small cap investment firms but keep in mind the saying "once bitten - twice shy."
