He couldn't begin to pick apart the mindset of someone who has gotten set even before the Solid deal was announced.
Yes; It is now time for the story to unashamedly be evangelised. Not sure there is any one in place to do it however.
Richards only plan seems to be to reward long standing share holders; who were not afforded the cap raise opportunity, with a divie. Not a bad start; but not as good as some enthusiasm from the board and management in the long run.
