IMO ...... What a big JOKE this announcement is !!!..............
I see no reason why Performance Rights should be issued given that the KNB share price previously was in the teen's (.13 cents) range and has now fallen dramatically to ~.03 cent price range and o add further insult to s/holders will be the fact that these Performance Rights will also further dilute s/holders interest in the Co's holdings.
IMO ... I think we may also shortly require a Credit Raising ..(top up) ... if further test drilling and further sampling is required over a few exploration sites.
The other important issue to me, is that there is no revenue stream coming in at present to support such Co plans / proposals.
Seems to me like they have their nose's in the trough eating well into the current Co's financial overall position.
Accordingly, I for one will vote against such a proposal when the time / s/holder voting/meeting comes.
