This is one of those little windows which people may look back on and think, I wish I’d seen the amber/red flag waving.

If you want any further evidence that this company is a hugely promotional hot air balloon, then management trying to award themselves performance shares for a milestone they missed, and not being aware that ASX rules don’t allow this sort of “discretion” (lol at their ironic choice of words here), well… this is that moment.

I mean, who else issues a DFS before they’ve even turned a drill? Not to mention that said DFS basically reveals their special sorbent has no secret sauce whatsoever. Sometimes I wish I did actually short companies, I’m convinced this ends badly.
