What I really can't understand is why they would ask for a rights issues after they have destroyed 75% of company value in 3 months ?? well in 3 min' really . and at 10 cents , which is 1 cent in the old scale !!! at least they could go for a 50 cent rights issue and try to get some $$ back for long term holders . nothing these guy do is on the level . ?????
