Yep raising money, funding etc I would definitely consider outside normal scope of work and something that benefits the company and share holders.
Otherwise i'm not sure what you mean regarding the 49mil..
I was more talking in reference to all companies that have performance shares for just going about their business... And share price milestones I don't really have a problem with when everone gets rewarded from that.. It usually shows the company is being managed in the right direction to have the share price increase, so a reward for that isn't the worst way to give a bonus to the guys leading it.
