Anyone have any idea why AFI (Canndeo) is alleging that they are entitled to 2,000,000 performance shares specifically? Who has been granted the manufacturing licence as per the ODC website update?? Could this have a silver lining?
I'm still confident in the future of THC and feel this is just 'noise' before some solid announcements and significant jump in SP. IMHO
Unanother consequence of Beasleys’s actions
give them what they want the Company is very dependent on Macdonalds AFI associates and Hall at this stage! Imo
I would suggest you reread the prospectus to fully understand the synergies here-no time for ego plays imo
In the event of a Change of Control, Pegasus will be allowed to convert the Class D Performance shares into Shares notwithstanding that the applicable performance milestone has not been achieved, only to the extent that the total number of shares in aggregate convert into is no more than 10% of the issued ordinary capital of the Company.
In the event of a Change of Control, AFI will be allowed to convert the Class B Performance Shares into Shares notwithstanding that the applicable performance milestone has not been achieved, only to the extent that the total number of shares in aggregate convert into is no more than 10% of the issued ordinary capital of the Company.
section 9.6 a clause 10 states:

Interested to hear how others interpret the above:
