There has been no prevarication by AP, no sense of dawning disappointment at its emerging test performance, no "well, actually's". That leaves us with the options that they are either competent at both the tech and the marketing, or they are scamming us all and will do a runner as soon as they dump their shares. I doubt that the latter is true, but I also doubt that they could so easily be fooling themselves after a decade in developing the technology to this stage. So I think that gives shareholders ample reason to believe that the product is the real deal.
However, as shareholders, and I am one, we are most certainly being simply being kept alive on very slim pickings while we wait for a full and comprehensive disclosure of the product with full and unambiguous tech information. But that, I am confident, will come, and I will reap the benefits. And if it doesn't I will lose my investment.

I thank you, and ALL THE POSTERS on this informative thread for their trouble in passing on thoughts about this fascinating technology. Special thanks for the insights into the audio expert quoted in the AKP announcement.
For me, not one to take a big gamble on, but happy to hold a modest speculative stake at present.
