I agree. Only a fool would think that QRI perfect track record of zero loss of investor capital or interest since inception will last.
The big question is to what extent. Do you think the current 10% discount is not enough to cover the coming impairments?
The directors recently bought at $1.40. Directors buying is not infaillible but always reassuring.
