"This is a cash box for Qualitas to generate fees, thus why directors need to show faith with miniscule buys to try and get it back to NTA, so they can then do another capital raise and get more fees."
I doubt directors are so delusional to think that a small parcel buy will move the SP back to NTA and risk losing money.
But I definitely agree that Qualits is a cash box for them and they have a strong incentive to bring SP back to NTA to raise more capital and collect more fees. As Uncle Charlie famously said “Show me the incentive, I'll show you the outcome.”. So I see this as a positive.
I would sell before SP gets to NTA but at these prices i reckon it's fairly valued.
