In both cases studies, PeriCoach was demonstrated to be an easy-to-use, affordable and effective non-surgical home training option for strengthening pelvic floor muscles and decreasing symptoms of UI and POP. • The case reported by Julie Starr, APRN, FNP, Women's Health Care, University of Missouri Healthcare, describes the experience of an athletic 37-year-old woman seeking treatment for symptoms of stress urinary incontinence. • The Case reported by Beth Shelley, PT, DPT, WCS, BCB-PMD, describes the experience of a 66-year-old woman with Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP) and urinary incontinence who performed at-home PFME with the assistance of PeriCoach.
