I have been an RHS holder for quite some time. The transaction is disappointing as the total transaction cost of around AUD25 million doesn't seem to reflect the strategic value of the technology. Their IVF solutions alone seem potentially competitive with other much larger providers. There is a huge market demand for better IVF technology. I don't think that RHS has been allowed sufficient time to reach its potential.
