    I knew something was going on but not this.
    PerkinElmer to acquire RHS for 28 cents per share Highlights  PerkinElmer to acquire all RHS shares via a Scheme of Arrangement.  Offer price of $0.28 per share which represents a 100% premium to the last closing price of RHS.  Recommended unanimously by the RHS Board.  The Scheme Implementation Agreement has limited conditions.  RHS Board pleased with pathway for RHS products and technology with immediate reward for shareholders
