re: Ann: Permian Basin JV Extends Strikes US ... 618, while i agree with most comments, will hold my thoughts on dilution, because if it's a CR or placement or whatever, at these prices its going to add an awful lot of shares unless the SP gets a good kick along! Remember drilling in cooper, EFS, is to funded as well as the admin cost and everything else. We will see.
