You can buy 49 mil at 0.002 so why jump in front at 002 or 003 on the auction?
Two reasons,
1) 'THEY' want a close of 0.002
2) Just the machinations of the close auction whereby those offering at 0.001 pulled their sells right on the bell and caught out those bids at 0.002 if they were really trying to pick up those 4mil or so at 0.001
Somehow I do not think it's no.2
