In relation to the two strikes it wont affect Steve Graves as the MD of the company needs to remain, which is logical, as you can't have no board. However the others will need to step down and a vote taken.

So the way I see it at the moment there is a chance that 25% will vote against the remuneration report and as such a subequent meeting will have all positions (except SG) declared vacant and I would imagine that Porter and Oliver will re-nominate and be elected PROBABLY unapposed with 50%+ of the vote.

Just my opinion.
