Started building a (modest) position today. Maybe there will be some better buying coming up but I think near term catalysts will see a higher share price.
The Trump administration is sending what I consider to be be some very clear signals re policy action on s232.
Still some technical risk on the mining front to watch for but I think PEN looking very well positioned to benefit from the changing Uranium narrative in the US.
