I'm real sorry. I remember seeing your posts from a long time ago but it seems you're looking for an angle to pump this down. I don't think you're giving your true opinions - I'd imagine most people (whether invested in TLG or otherwise) would have seen permits as being the reason it has been difficult to get deals signed.
