    AS2 owns 100% of Kokerboom Pty Ltd (EPL 7345), 80% of Earth Dimensions P/L (EPL 8535), 100% of Green Lithium P/L (EPL 7626) - those three companies are subsidiaries of AS2; they're the registered holders of the tenements/licenses on behalf of AS2
