As for info on the spin out, I couldnt point you to exactly where.
It was discussed after late 2022 when we got into Uis. Its clear Askari has a lot of projects.
From memory it was talked about as happening mid-2023. That did not eventuate.
Was more recently discussed in the webinar a few weeks back.
