PRU with almost A$1bn in the bank at end of December + already own 20% of ORR. Plenty of capacity to up the bid and get this done. With the $300m debt facility it still leaves a stack of flexibility to finance build costs and probably keep Sudan in the pipe too if they ever deem it not to risky. Hopefully SVM counter quick or concede so that we can move this along.
