I think PRU may come back with an offer of around 60c, but beyond that I think they risk over-paying for the asset.
As I said, paying more than 1.0 on a NAV basis which is where their offer currently sits doesn't make a whole lot of sense considering PRU itself trades around 0.7 NAV - that's the discount the market is applying.
