It will be interesting to see how this deal gets completed without an increased offer as I doubt SVM, Nick and Tim sign over.
As a ORR holder I wont sign over on this deal and I think there is still some twists ahead on this one.
I really like PRU as a company and would like some scrip thrown in on the current offer, if this happens then im on board.
