this tells me mr chairman is keen to cash out....looks terrible when chair reports his sells....now he can get paid to put a deal together.
i have seen this senario before....especially if the chairman had his stamp on a dud acquisiton ...dead money. As a shareholder....not sure little tuck ins make sense.....I favour a full on merger...share for share exchange . If i was quartermain I would be seeking liquidy with upside.
